Our small restaurant open to the public is a quiet space to enjoy the food, the company and the landscapes that surround us (Slowfood restaurant). Our dining rooms have large windows overlooking the valley and the mountains.

Our specialty is grilled meats, cooked live with oak charcoal and accompanied by organic potatoes from the area and our garden. Iberian Presa, Guijuelo Iberian secret, organic segureño lamb ... are some of our most valued dishes and you can taste
